1. The game

Who Left It On is a free online game. Litres, taps and rankings are game elements and do not represent real water or consumption.

2. Your account

• To play you need an account with an alias, email, password and country.
• If you are a minor, you need permission from a parent or guardian.
• Your alias is public; pick one that does not identify you if you prefer.
• Your country is chosen at sign-up and cannot be changed.
• Keeping your password secret is up to you.

3. Turns and rules

Repair broken taps to restore the water supply. An operating tap abroad is taken out of service. Each account holds at most 1 available base action, which returns 15 minutes after a confirmed base move. Extra actions are separate. The server decides each action’s time and result.

4. Fair play

• Do not use bots, scripts or several accounts to bend the game.
• Do not use offensive or misleading aliases, or impersonate anyone.
• Do not try to access other people’s accounts or non-public parts of the system.
• Accounts that break these rules may be suspended.

5. Purchases

There are no purchases today. If paid options are ever offered (for example, extra turns), their prices, conditions, payment methods and withdrawal rights will be published here before they go live, and nothing will ever be charged without your explicit confirmation.

6. Content and ownership

The game’s art, texts and code belong to its creator. Map data and typefaces are used under their licences.

7. Availability and changes

The game may pause for maintenance or failures. These terms may change; important changes will be announced in the game before they apply.
