Delete account

From the game

This is the quickest way and it happens at once:

• Open Who Left It On? and sign in with your account.
• Go to «My account».
• Press «Delete account», type your alias to confirm and press «Delete forever».

Without opening the game

If you cannot get in, write to hello@wholeftiton.com with the subject «Delete account», from the email address you signed up with, and tell us your alias. We will check that the account is yours and delete it; we will email you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account, your profile (alias, email, country and avatar) and your saved game are erased. This cannot be undone.

What may remain

Technical logs and our providers’ backups have their own retention periods and are not erased instantly. We explain it in the Privacy policy.

If you play without an account

Your game is not saved anywhere, so there is no account or saved game to delete.
